The Design Process
We work very closely with our clients in the design, construction, and install process. We arrive on the job site with our custom portable shop and install your cabinets on time. We can perform most custom applications on site.
Construction
of your new kitchen or pantry
- Our kitchens are constructed of plywood veneers. Particle board is rarely used. Particle board is twice the weight, swells in the presence of water and has product failure in glue bonding and screw holding power.
- All of our face frames are made with solid hardwoods. The Face frames are glued and pocket joined together and pocket screwed to the fronts of the cabinet from behind.
- All our cabinets use 8mm dowels with a minimum of 32 dowels per cabinet
- Our crown moldings use state of the art Hoffman dovetail fasteners in the joints to protect the joints from opening up.
- All our doors and drawer fronts are solid hardwoods.
- All our drawers use solid maple components.
- We use state of the art Blum 3 way adjustable hinges.
